The solution is fully integrated with the SAP environment, and therefore allows you to manage the entire invoicing cycle from a single interface, without having to switch from one system to another.
It is a real advanced Cockpit for the digitization of accounting documents, which we make available to all organizations that have one of the management systems proposed by the vendor and that, with a view to collecting and processing large amounts of fiscal and accounting data, need ad hoc functions.
Thanks to a simplified interface that integrates predefined and customizable tools in a single view, the Cockpit is configured as a unified environment to manage all tasks that refer to digital accounting, from the creation of sales documents to the receipt of invoices, up to their storage.
The solution, in particular, enables leaner, more transparent and safer processes, allowing operators to abandon a repetitive and cumbersome practice to experiment with a completely new user experience: it will no longer be necessary to connect to the electronic invoicing provider’s platform (or to the Revenue Agency portal) to find the invoice and then manually enter the information into the system. The work is done on the XML file directly imported from the Cockpit, which will recall, through standard transactions, the information available to the ERP and automatically reconcile it with that contained in the document
