Man-Agent is a solution perfectly harmonized with SAP environments present within companies.

Developed through SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), it natively includes integration with other administrative components of companies, starting from management control, to accounting and the finance department .

At the base of the management process, there is the setting of master data for each agent, which includes his role, the language of communication, the start and end date of the contract, the methods of liquidation of commissions, the type of management (for example FIRR or Enasarco) and more.

In addition to offering complete coverage for the calculation of premiums, Man-Agent actually guarantees, first of all to sales managers and area managers, a complete vision of the work of the agents in the field, through timely and modulated reporting also on the individual professional figure and taking into account its operational specificities. Data access is set upstream on the characteristics of each role and the visualization occurs in real time. Reporting speeds up the decision-making process of middle managers and is easy to use, thanks to the user experience guaranteed by the SAP Fiori interface.
